We read on Facebook that there was going to be a seminar about Huell Howser and that 3 of his people, Luis Fuerte, Phil Noyes and Harry Pallenberg were going to be speaking.
I hadn't seen Harry in years and so my Husband and I decided to brave the cold and wet and drive down to North Hollywood.
We got on the subway and it dropped us off just 2 blocks from the Central Library.
We were last HERE in 2013 and I was glad to see it again.
We made it to the library with 10 minutes to spare and sat down after saying hi to the 3 guests. All good friends of mine.
There was a host of the event, who led the talk and then after about 90 minutes, they took questions from the almost full house.
At one point they mentioned that Huell Howser was not big into doing a national show, because he did not like having to stick to PBS lengths.
They looked over to me and I shouted out to them that PBS Standard lengths are 26:46.
So then they mentioned me several times, which I got a kick out of.
After the talk, people came over to me, to ask questions. I was floored.
All in all, it was a fun time and great to see the guys.
