Choc-Oat Chip Cookies

So here it is, a rainy day and I spent the day food shopping. What to do, next.
We go to dinner and I decided to ask the guys their opinion. Should I pay the bills, do work work, take down the Christmas tree...or make Oatmeal Cookies. One guess what won. :-)

These cookies are not traditional Oatmeal Cookies, they are actually a cross between Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal cookies and they taste great!

I substituted raisins for the nuts and I used Canola Oil for the Margarine. Otherwise, the recipe is how you see it below.

=====================
Recipe was from Quaker Oats.
