I drove up to the top of our street the other day.
I have not been there in months. Usually Christmas time is when I go to the effort.
The view up there is spectacular and they paid a much higher premium then I did, for that view.
I am sure that view is one of the reasons my neighborhood is considered good (not great, since we live in Saugus and not Awesometown)
It's main problem is the fact that we can't walk or bike around too much, it is very hilly.
Nice, none the less.
By the way, the brown roof in the lower center of the photo is my house.
