Christmas gifts from the Michigan side of the family were a surprise this year.
Last year my Son brought us homemade mustard.
It was a large jar for the two of us.
This year, with Covid, he decided to send his Father a variety of mustards, to replace the jar we finished months ago.
We were both happy to to see it and fully intend to use it when we cook our "Little Smokies" for the New Year.
On my end he bought me a book on 2 women who wanted to go up into space.
It is called "Fighting for Space: Two Pilots and their historic battle for female spaceflight".
Jackie Cochran and Jerrie Cobb are the two women pilots.
I have started the book and it seems to be something that I find of interest.
My Son knows his parents.
