In the midst of everything bad going on...Harvey, Irma, Earthquakes in Mexico, Wildfires up north...I thought I would show off a piece of good, that happened last week.
This is on Thursday morning, when the Full Corn Moon was out.
Normally the moon in the month of September is the Harvest Moon, but because it turned up so early in the month, that designation goes to the moon at the top of October.
Thus, we get The Corn Moon, because the corn is harvested during this time.
Looking forward to that Harvest Moon next month. Always spectacular.
