Engaged

I admit this freely. I read Yahoo News every day, for the updates on the Royal Family. :-)

Of the two Royal sons of Princess Diana, I have found that Harry gets my attention, more than William.

So it is with great interest that yesterday Harry and Meghan Markle announced (via Buckingham Palace) that the youngest son of Charles and Diana was engaged and to be married (sometime in the Spring).

Being Kate is currently due to deliver hers and William's 3rd child in late March, I wonder if that means the wedding might be around May?

We shall see how that plays out, as does the fact that the wedding might be low key, due to Meghan being divorced.

No matter what, whatever they decide to do, will be perfect for them.

Especially since Harry designed this beautiful engagement ring for his betrothed.

The center diamond is from Botswana, a country that has special meaning to both Harry and Meghan. The two smaller diamonds are from the collection of Princess Diana. He said that he wanted his late mother to be with them, as they live their new life together.

I am truly so happy for them both.
