She looks weird at this juncture, but you can see her coming out of the white gesso, which is what is on the piece of wood I am painting on.
I finished her gold nimbus and painted the red halo around it.
It was time for the Roskrish (which means chaos). It is the darkest coat of paint and all the others will lighten them up.
It always looks a bit on the funky side, when you see a big green face. :-)
Amazingly, the brown veil gets its first coat in shades of blue. I think similar to how St. Serra's robes were at the start.
Hopefully, I will work on her some more in August, just before the workshop.
