I have probably mentioned these tomatoes before.
They are my big tomatoes (compared to my cherry tomatoes) and they have a slight problem with something called Cat Facing.
I have 4 of them currently and though I can't use them for slicing, I can use them for salsa...and so I did.
They are called Brandy Boy Hybrid Tomatoes and they are full of meat and very little liquid. We will see how the sala comes out, using them.
See the green areas. This tomato ripens at different times.
They are definitely big tomatoes.
