Memorial Day 2009




My Water Post for today.


It's Memorial Day and I couldn't think of a more fitting water post then the Veteran's Memorial in Eisenhower Park, taken from lakeside. The trees, the steps and the water, make it a wonderful place to go to pay tribute to those who have served our Country and helped keep it free.

    Hey, got to keep my water friend happy. :-)

    The Thunderbirds were here last weekend and I was WAY too busy to go to Jones Beach and see them. Broke my heart, but I loved that they came to Long Island for the Memorial Day Weekend. :-)
