We just began airing a new series that takes place in Australia and New Zealand.

I have only seen the first episode, but even that fact doesn't take away the ratings which were high (.05) for a brand new series.

A family loses it's wife and mother and the father decides to move to New Zealand, where he has good memories of growing up. He drags his kids along and all sorts of hilarity ensue.

Oh and he writes for a newspaper, which limits his output to 800 words, thus the title.

Another SHOW that might be worth checking out.
