We still have a couple of days left in August, but I thought I would give the update for the month so far. 91 games won, as of 8/25.
We are still smoking hot, but compared to July (when we lost a total of 3 games), we have lost 5 so far and won 17.
That is without Clayton Kershaw, btw.
Speaking of Kershaw, he is going to the minors to pitch a game, before being reunited with his team. So he should be pitching in September and of course, October, God willing.
Since last month, we picked up Yu Darvish and he has been a good addition to the team, especially since we were missing Kershaw in August.
It has been an unbelievable season and it almost makes me want to go to a game at Dodger Stadium, though chances of that are somewhat slim.
