While we were on Long Island, last month, we decided to visit our old "hometown" Red Lobster.
It has been several years since we have eaten there, and we know they are having financial problems, though they are supposedly, doing better now.
I had a personal favorate, Shrimp Alfredo. Unfortunately, the alfredo sauce was not up to par, (the pasta was swimming in it) and neither were the shrimp. Note: In the photo, I have eaten some, so you do not get the full effect.
I ended up leaving some of it, so that gives you a hint as to my feelings on it.
My Husband said his dinner was fine, so I guess that is in their favor. It is kind of hard to screw up a baked potato, with your shrimp.
We decided to skip dessert totally, which says something, too.
I hate when good restaruants sell out to companies that are there to strip them of all value.
