My Husband and I went to see this movie, last Thursday night.
I had known nothing about it, but he heard good reviews and wanted to make the trek down to Hollywood and view it. So I went along with him and I am incredibly glad that I did. The movie was engrossing from the beginning to the end. Events you knew about from History class were brought to life and made even more real. I personally loved little Princess Elizabeth and Princess Margaret. They were so cute and you could already see the events that made the future Queen, what she is. Oh and I loved them all doing their royal waves, at the end of the King's Speech. Yes, they do it the same today, from the Balcony of Buckingham Palace. :-)
Well acted and well directed, the movie just shined.
If you have a chance to see it, I highly recommend it.
