Christmas Eve at our home.
The presents (not many, but hey) are tucked under the tree and ready for Christmas morning.
The first light of Hanukkah has been lit and shines brightly out our front window.

For us on the left coast, it is very cold this weekend. A storm from the north dropped down and brought snow to the higher elevations in Southern California. Lucky for me, that is not my area.
On Friday, I had wanted to take the train to my old workplace and spend an hour or so at the Tiki Ti, have some hot buttered rum.
Unfortunately for me, it was pouring rain and we had thunder, too.
Glad we did not make the trip, but sad that I missed this once a year event. For us on the left coast, it is very cold this weekend.
