Once again, I had plans for High Holy Days.
I bought a Tri-tip Roast to prepare, but we were out of town for several days, so it did not get made.
I knew that today was Yom Kipper, so I had a few thoughts for the holiday.
One that I did not plan to do, but did, was Matzo Ball Soup last night.
I managed it just fine, and we had it with a few other things like gefilte fish, stewed prunes in orange juice and cinnamon, (which my Mother-In-Law loved to make) and some olives.
It was not a big deal, but it made us feel like we did something "Holiday" like.
