The beautiful San Joaquin Valley of Central California.
Being our train rode through the west side of the valley, we saw some crops that were planted.
On the Hwy 99 side, you mostly see almond trees, pistachio trees (Wonderful Pstachios), and citrus trees (Wonderful Halos), so watching crops grow was a different experience.
They also had pumpkin farms, but we did not manage to get a photograph of them.
The salad bowl of America, is still here in California.
