It has been almost a year, that I have been baking No Knead Bread.
It usually takes me about a week and a half, to eat the entire loaf.
When it runs out, I mix the ingredients, and off I go, baking again.
It is memorized, too, so I don't have to look it up each time.
I have a slice of it for breakfast, with a few cubes of cheese. Not every day, but many days.
Easy, and tasty, and it costs just a fraction of what a loaf of bread costs.
Plus, I know exactly what is in it, no artificial ingredients, colors, flavors, etc.
Yeah, one of the best things I have done, post-retirement.
