I was making sauce early on Saturday morning, before the blazing heat came to our house.
When I was done, I went to take a shower.
There was no hot water!
So I called the plumber we use, and 18 hundred dollars later, I have a state of the art water heater.
It will let us know when the pilot light is out, which is an improvement over what we had.
They say that the average life of a water heater is 10 years, and that's what we got.
I just wish it did not happen just when I plan, and pay, for a trip.
