"Pixie"

This is my best friend in Oswego.

She is another Integrated Media Grad Student and shares 2 classes with me. We get doubled up together because we are the only two in our art class that have never worked in digital art before. We have also never used Apple products, so that puts both of us at a disadvantage.

As I may have mentioned, the teacher decided to track us on our own and so we are doing iBooks Author projects together, instead of the class project being done in an apple program called inDesign.

We now sit together and talk, when having trouble. Thankfully, iBooks Author is incredibly intuitive. In other words, easy peasy...for the most part. When that isn't the case, we see if the other has hit that situation before and basically help each other over the rough spots.

She lives right down the block from the school and so after class, I bring her home, so she does not have to wait at the bus stop at 9:30PM at night. I feel better and it doesn't take me out of the way at all. Remember, Oswego is a very small town.
