A few months ago, I mentioned a new Ikea that is going up on the far end of Burbank. You can see Mike sleeping and if you click on the photo, see the BUILDING much less done, then it is now.
The store is on target to open in the Spring of 2017 and it will be the biggest Ikea in the United States, at 456,000 square feet.
I personally haven't been to the other store since the early 90's and I don't know if I will check this one out.
It definitely makes a statement, to the people riding on The 5 Freeway.
