The little parkway in front of our building at work, is usually full of ornamental flowers. Purple flowers in particular.
This year, for some reason, they planted some white and purple cabbages.
A weird look, that has taken off, around my town, at least.
I have never seen them at the end of the season...until now.
About a week or so ago, the first plant started shooting up a stalk with bright yellow flowers on it.
When I came to work on Monday, after a 3 day holiday, this is what greeted me, upon my arrival.
I couldn't believe it!
I guess they will be dug out any day now, since their usefulness as color, has reached its end.
You never know what The Pointe will purchase next.
Update on Thursday, they were indeed, pulled out and purple flowers will be taking their place.
