Downtown, From Canal Lock 6

My Water Post For Today.

This is my first of two posts from Canal Lock #6. You will see the working part of the lock on Wednesday. For now, this is the view of the Oswego River, just after it passes the water fall and the Canal Lock.

What you are seeing is the Downtown area from the outskirts of town. It's a pretty peaceful stretch of water (once you get by the waterfall).

The lake itself, keeps the river from flowing too fast...so it looks pretty calm.
