An Alameda Sunset In January

I was walking down to the Disney Lot on Wednesday evening.

I didn't even think about the sunset. What I saw over to my right, as I crossed this little street that is the side entrance to St. Joseph's Hospital, was a pretty pink glow by the tower on Mount Lee. So I stopped to take a photo and after I did that I glanced to my right and there it was!

Alameda Ave was right there in line with the sunset. Sort of like Manhattanhenge, which happens twice a year in NYC.

So I quickly grabbed a few shots of the sunset and then continued on my way to my van pool meeting point.

I was just a little happier. :-)
