I have highlighted Johnny Carson Park twice, HERE and HERE.
It has been closed for almost a year and there are high fences keeping us from seeing what is going on.
The other day, I managed to get to a partially open gate and sneak a photo.
I don't think it looks all that much different, than what was there and as a matter of fact, minus the fact that it will have recycled water (indicated by the purple piping on the ground) it looks much the same.

Somehow, I doubt that it will be opened on schedule.
