Jacarandas For Another Year (2016)

When they bloom, they just take over the sky.

They tower above most trees and so you have a purple canopy, high above the Southland.

It was quite a beautiful day on Thursday and as I went to take a photo of the building, with some puffy clouds reflected in it, I noticed that the Jacarandas were blooming away.

I couldn't resist taking a few photos and posting this particular photo.

The tree is so purple, compared to the blue of The Pointe.

Pretty impressive bright colors.
