A quick update on the street repaving and the house paint job.
Friday brought us both things going on at the same time, as the road work moved to our street. I was at home in the morning and I heard them start up their equipment at 6:45AM and went running to get my car out of the way of the work. Thankfully, I did so, because we were the morning work and I would have been locked in.
My street (at least the top cul de sac, which is where I reside), is now finished. Yay!
The paint job goes on for another week and a half.
This photo shows the part of the garage that had the 5 bottom rows taken out and replaced.
Even though it is just a coat of primer with some blue color in it, you can see that it will be extremely difficult to tell the old from the new. Yay team!
