This is a photo I took at North Hollywood station last week. We won't be flying out of Burbank Airport, but if all goes well, we will be landing in JFK, just as this posts. Wish us luck.
This is a palm tree, one of many, that call North Hollywood Station home. The palms have been blooming for the past few weeks and I have never seen them look quite like this. Yellow flowers? Really?
They have been interesting to watch. Of course I won't be happy anymore when the wind picks up and the pieces start flying off onto the commuters...but for now, they are pretty cool.
