After all the work we had done on our house, to make it look better, our City decided that our sidewalk (owned by the City) needed work so that the young children walking to school wouldn't trip.
Their idea of a fix was to add some asphalt in a weird shape.
I don't know about you, but it doesn't look like it did much to help the lawsuit problem.
Thankfully, it is at the very edge of my property and not in the middle...but still, I hate it.
They said that this was just a temporary fix.
Yeah, I expect to see the true repair real soon...not.
omg, that is annoying if you try to improve the look of your own place and be proud of it, and then this as you walk towards the road. ugh. but it's not different here, we had to wait 3 weeks before a streetlamp was fixed here on the courtyard, so dark in the wintertime, not a nice feeling.
ReplyDeleteIt was just a few days after we finished putting all that money into painting the house, (not mentioning the doors and windows) and they decided to do this. We are nowhere near as bad as LA, so I should not complain.
