My final project for my Integrated Media Degree Certificate, rolls along...week 1, post 2.
This post bothered me, because I was unsure about the rights to the photo. So after getting very little sleep on Tuesday night, I emailed Huell Howser's assistant, to make sure the photo I had, would not get the company sued by the estate of the late Huell Howser.
Within the hour, I had my permission and was feeling better about the post...for about a minute or so.
Then I worried that some of the facts were wrong and so I asked for Luis Fuerte's phone number and gave him a call.
This was probably the best part of my day, getting to talk to Luis is a pleasure and we talked for upwards of a half hour. Catching up with each other and getting the information I needed, for the post.
The one cool thing I learned from him, is that he is writing a book about all his experiences. Count me in, when it comes up for publication.
