Tomorrow is the day I get produce, once again.
This is a photo I took last time I picked up a box from Abundant Harvest Organics.
The table holds the add-ons that people choose to buy. I bought tomatoes and pickling cucumbers, so that is what was given to me, from the table.
Of course, I get a small box, too, which are stacked up on a pallet, over on the left of the table. The large boxes are stacked up on a different pallet. Makes sense to me.
We return the collapsed box onto the pallet on the right side of the table. That way, everyone is recycling their box each delivery week.
Persimmons are on the agenda for this coming Saturday...I have no idea what they taste like, but I guess I will learn.
