My Water Post For Today.
Our journey on the Amtrak brought us by many waterways. This one in particular, spoke to me.
I took many photos of Lake Charles, but the one that stood out, was the one that had all these boats hanging around.
In the background, you see the Isle of Capri Casino, which I am pretty sure, is where those boats are coming from.
People who don't gamble, going for a boat ride, perhaps?
Anyway, no matter what, it made me happy and isn't that what a water post should do?

I am glad this one spoke to you, the sight of all the boats in beautiful water, really tells a tale of everything that goes on in this small area. I like the overall look, it really looks peaceful & yet is it really?
ReplyDeleteBeing it is in bayou country, there could (in fact) be alligators in the water. So I guess not as peaceful as it seems.
