Being we took little liberties with our holiday celebrating, we were a bit early to the party, but you understand such things as work and family, right?
So being we were all together Sunday, we celebrated Jewish New Year at that time and thus, this picture of the holiday table, graces my post on Monday morning.
The actual start of the New Year and the Days of Awe will be this evening.
Our personal journey of the New Year will end on Yom Kippur. After services at our home temple, we will immediately be going down to San Diego, for our "Other" Son #1's graduation from Marine Boot Camp.
A true reason to rejoice in the New Year.
