Yes, it's my water day. :-)
Since I spent about an hour yesterday morning bringing "Other" son #2 to Hoover Dam, I bring you my second water post, from beautiful Lake Meade. The blue is so gorgeous contrasted with the red cliffs and such. The reflection of Hoover Dam is stunning but unfortunately,the high water mark (in white) is so much different from where the lake currently sits. Signs that our water crisis is not getting better, out here in the West.

ReplyDeleteHonestly, this picture was taken about 20 minutes after we saw a lightning strike as we drove through Boulder City. It was a weird day. It actually cleared out, just during the time we were at the dam and then later, the rain returned. I appreciate the fact that it cleared out. We got some great shots. :-)
