Every year during the week of the anniversary of the first Metrolink service (October 26, 1992), we daily commuters receive a commemorative pin. I was not on the train last Friday and so I missed the big moment. Last night I realized that it was November already and I didn't have my pin. Yikes!
So off I went inquiring as to who had some. I did manage to get the pin and this years entry is a "green" pin. I thought it was cute.
Some years we end up with an engine, another a cab car, another 10 years, etc. You never know what you are going to receive. It's a cute thing, that I look forward to each year. My printer's box runneth over with pins. :-)
