Waiting For Dinner

This is how the angel house looks in the early evening...early meaning before 9PM.

We each have our places on the couches.
My Husband is in the corner, using the ottoman to keep his feet up. He, for some reason, can't use the foot rest that is on his side. The ottoman makes him happy and so there it is. He uses very little of it.
I am on the opposite side of the couch, with my feet up, utilizing the foot rest that comes with a recliner couch.
My son is on the love seat with his feet up, also...and then there is the cat.

She decides to wait for the 2nd part of her dinner by watching us and the other side of the ottoman is her territory.

She sleeps, until someone passes her and then she meows. We then look at the clock and tell her how much time she has until 9PM. You hear things from us like "24 minutes left, Makenna". It is very funny.

She then settles down, once again, for the wait. Sometimes giving us depressed expressions, while she does.

A normal Prime Time evening, at our house. :-)
