I believe this begins week 4 of the Save The Unit and Support Our Troops Yellow Ribbon Campaign. Even before the Writer's voted to stop the pickets, we got the vibe that our show was in serious trouble, no matter what the Strike result was. So we devised a way to show support, for the show itself, by showing CBS that by renewing the show, it was supporting our troops, too. So we began sending along a Yellow Ribbon, with each letter sent to CBS's Les Moonves. That's how it began...a letter writing campaign, email campaign, voice mail campaign, that all mention that CBS should support our troops who are dying for us, by renewing the show for a 4th Season. We don't know how much of an effect we might be having, but until CBS makes it's decision for the upfronts, which they need in place by May. we will continue to write, call and email. I read in an article just last week, that The Unit had ratings that someone like the CW would die for, 11 million viewers! That's not a small amount of viewers and when you figure it goes up against things like House and Dancing with the Stars, it holds it's own.
